What is Demon Patience about?

Demon is a well known solitaire game related to Klondike, although it does not come out frequently. The aim is to get build up in suit on the four foundations. Cards are stacked by alternating colours, but the difficulty is provided by the demon: a reserve of 13 face down cards.
